send an e-mail to PRC with the Subject 'Unsubscribe UPDATE', and with your name and e-mail address in the content of the e-mail. There is no obligations, but I would like to know the reason, too. These e-mails are handled manually.

please send PRC an e-mail about it, including your name, your old e-mail address and your new e-mail address.
