1964 M.Sc. in electronic engineering from The Danish Technical University
1982 B.Com. (Danish: HD) in organisation/strategic planning from The Copenhagen Business School

1992-    : Founded PRC in March 1992. Joined Growth International in March 1992. Started development of quality control of instruction manuals in May 1993.
1990-91: Aarup Management: Technology transfer from Scientific_Generics, Cambridge, U.K. to Danish companies.
1977-90: DTO: Senior consultant. On-line search development. Consultancy on technology transfer and industrial (b2b) market analysis.
1972-77: Radiometer A/S: Documentation manager.
1964-72: R&D work on electronics. The last 4 years with Radiometer A/S (electromedical equipment, etc.).

1995-97: Danish Engineering Society: member of the occupational hazard committee
